The app does not always work

This app is becoming extremely frustrating. Unable to access account or schedule appointments. After several attempts unsuccessful. Fix the issues.

Every time I put my zip code in the app shuts down. Unusable.

Navigation on this app is awful. The “locate me” function is USELESS.

Ugh. The app never seems to work. I’ve even deleted it from my phone and completely reloaded it. It won’t let you move from the front page to even find a nearby studio to book an appointment.

The app has been down for almost a week at this point. Unable to schedule appointments. Website gives and error when trying to view existing appointments. Love amazing lash, but please invest in your app.

I have downloaded the app but I cannot make my account or even find my store which is only 10 minutes away and in my zip code. It keeps saying no salons in area but yet I went to Sawyer Heights Houston Texas. Please check this app because you are loosing customers who like to make their appointments etc.

Between crashing and never being able to schedule an appointment, this app is useless.

I have to delete the app and re install it for it to work once. Once it works, it won't the next. It crashes every time I enter my location

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Half of the pop up menus don’t have a way to close, exit, or go back. None of my data is saved. The ‘locate salon’ feature won’t ever let you zoom in on your state/area. There is zero functionality here and is completely useless.
