And it’s ILLEGAL TO READ TEXTS WHILST DRIVING! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I would expect such a rookie mistake from a college app developer not a global company. So a year on after writing this review still no action has been taken to resolve the issue when you approach a roundabout the roundabout in the top left hand corner shows you taken first left even if for instance you’re taking the fifth exit on the right Please fix this basic issue as mentioned below the fault was introduced in September of 2022 after an update Please fix the satnav! Around September 2022 there was a update to the satnav when approaching a roundabout used to tell you which exit to leave at so you would get a circle with a number three indicating that you were taking the third exit off of the roundabout. After the update. This no longer happens. You have to wait until you get to the roundabout and it becomes visible on the satnav screen which is usually when you’re halfway round the roundabout so you end up going to a roundabout and going all the way round it. Missing your turn in cause you’re in the wrong lane, because you don’t know what exit to take because the feature is now been removed from the app please fix this. It would also be nice to see alternative routes as an option. Also, when you are streaming from your phone via Bluetooth to the stereo of the truck once the satnav decides to make an announcement to tell you what your next turn is it turn the volume down of the streamed audio from the song that you are playing, but then never turns it back up again, so your audio for the song that you’re listening to, via Bluetooth is muted or very low If you exit the Amazon, relay up the volume comes back full blast.

Amazon really is just selling your life for a hard working use brain and reviving a wallet full with thank you very much you are great driver but this is not enough because money are very low compared with your time selling for cheap and if you screw up one time you receive penalty and no job for one two weeks because your performance is going down but when people from office give you wrong information or make mistakes and cancel your collection and you not in yard you have nothing just sorry and minus in your account but you receive SORRY.. what can you buy from store with Amazon sorry??

Hi please check that app after last update I can’t see next load information I see only Google map with pin on Amazon building( on gate ask me about drop off or pick up number )

you really to some improvement on the mapp..on the last update is showing you where exactly the yard is but still one some of the deposit you can’t find a route only if you put in the app you are without trailer and now after the last update if you get cancellation the app it will be stuck on that stop and you can’t go further.

When i have any issue, i cannot report anything It’s impossible to report anything No options available and whoever work in office and manage trips are no intelligent than a dog😒 Total waste of our time and nerves Change employees with more competent and high IQ ones

I wanted to make an account for a Luton van 3.5 ton and they asked me for a transport license!! I explained to them that only in Europe it is necessary for 3.5 tons and then they said that they don't need only hgv anymore!!! It's a joke, they should have said the first time so I don't waste a lot of time with the loading documents and then to say that they don't need a van!!!
