Too slow unloading takes 2 hours every day and nobody pay for this

You cannot report a 15 min delay because is asking you when you move again😅😅 It’s already happening because of traffic and i’m moving already. Navigation verry annoying as don’t provide exact location for swa collections and reduce volume for music app😡😡. Cannot skip a location if already been there and forgot to press on app or there is no reason to be there as bobtail😅 There are many others issues and the app is just garbage I cannot report app problems or give feedback about an issue Seems like no one is trying to improve this app Ultimate error: app stuck on location, i was already parked for brake and app showing me i didn’t check in and out on location when i know i did. Now showing id for colection and when arrive to delivery doesn’t show the id for delivery😡 What’s wrong with this app????

It is totally rubbish. It dosnt know when roads are closed. At ever exit it tells you to turn left on the diagram regardless of where you are going. The map screen dosnt zoom out on approach to an exit so you don’t know what lane to be in until the last second. You may as well take a book of maps as it constantly crashes and can’t find a route! Really??? Come on Amazon sort it out!

At one point I did receive notifications. But not anymore. New layout is rubbish to.

This app is good at getting where you need to go but it really needs the option to avoid toll roads.

Please fix the satnav! Around September 2022 there was a update to the satnav when approaching a roundabout used to tell you which exit to leave at so you would get a circle with a number three indicating that you were taking the third exit off of the roundabout. After the update. This no longer happens. You have to wait until you get to the roundabout and it becomes visible on the satnav screen which is usually when you’re halfway round the roundabout so you end up going to a roundabout and going all the way round it. Missing your turn in cause you’re in the wrong lane, because you don’t know what exit to take because the feature is now been removed from the app please fix this. It would also be nice to see alternative routes as an option. Also, when you are streaming from your phone via Bluetooth to the stereo of the truck once the satnav decides to make an announcement to tell you what your next turn is it turn the volume down of the streamed audio from the song that you are playing, but then never turns it back up again, so your audio for the song that you’re listening to, via Bluetooth is muted or very low If you exit the Amazon, relay up the volume comes back full blast.

App doesn’t showing me history of recent trip from the day i started using app Always shows something went wrong error If anyone knows how to fix it let me know please

Absolutely awful. To have an American woman shouting Highway when it’s a motorway and “at the traffic circle take it’s a BLOODY ROUNDABOUT!!! Not a traffic circle… you can’t even mute the awful directions now they updated it!! Also the sat nav directions have no options for a 3D view so when you come off a MOTORWAY you have no idea where your going next

Please help!! No matter what I do it doesn’t work on iPhone I press start or resume work and I get SOMETHING WENT WRONG there was a problem completing this task every time. What good is this app if it can’t run on iPhone.
