Amazon is robbing their sellers blind lately. What’s going on??

I tried to sign up as a reseller. I’ve spent hours stuck on the part where it asks you to take a photo of yourself to verify your identity. The page just looks like it’s loading and nothing happens. I can’t get to a page where I can contact support. Very frustrating.

Amazon seller support is not what the name suggests. Customers are permitted to return damaged or used product with full protections and leave negative feedback that damages seller reputation.. so great platform for customers to who wish abuse buyer protections. This is however not balanced by Amazon- they direct sellers to articles and resources that do not resolve systemic issues in the rules of Amazon. Create unnecessary obstacles and leave the cost to be the burden of sellers. A mostly profitable platform if you get past with high return rate and entitled customers who leave false feedback without consequence. This is without mentioning Amazons price fixing and policies that create more problems than solutions.

I’ve been trying to get my site connected for weeks. Without any response or help from Amazon despite constantly reaching out. There isn’t a chat for the correct department either. I’m always disconnected and told that department will email me and they don’t. If you have to have a whole “university” on how to use the app you have a garbage, unusable app. I don’t recommend. You’re better off using your own site or Etsy or literally any thing else.

Too complicated. I wanna close my account, but not able to.
