L’application pourrait être un peu plus moderne et facile a travailer comme l’application de amazon.

Achtung! Diese App kann süchtig machen. Zum einen ertappe ich mich oft dabei dass ich alle 5 Minuten meine Bestellungen checke, gerade jetzt zur Weinachtszeit. Zum anderen liegt das ja auch am Smartphone das heutzutage ja schon ein Pflichtutensil ist. Dank dieser App ist man immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand und kann gegebenenfalls auch Kundenfragen schnell beantworten. Das Dashboard enthält die wichtigsten Tools und ist dennoch nicht überladen. Kurzum... Diese App gehört im Moment zu meinen Lieblingsapps und spart mir aich viel Zeit. Daher die volle Punktzahl.

So I thought Amazon was for people to flip things, 3 days of calling trying to figure out how to list things. Filled out the Selling application all fine and dandy. I thought I could easily call, they told me 10x in one day we’ll give you the proper number. A sales number to a report problems number to flights. But still good, concept. Once I figure it out

After 3+ years and several freelancers and hundreds of support chats, I’ve had enough. Amazon’s cataloging needs to be destroyed and rebuilt from the ground up. It’s impossible to make efficient changes for the simples things, things like title, bullets, description, price, etc, even if the ASINs are in one parent listing. There’s constant “technical errors” on Amazon’s end that cause my team and I hundreds of wasted hours. Support agents are 90% useless and a waste of time. The limitations on what they can change are insane, and their ability to help is handcuffed by the broken cataloging system. I’ve managed to grow my listing each year significantly - but it could have been much more. Customers aren’t getting the best products because Amazon won’t allow sellers to easily adjust attributes of their listing. It’s a fact. And unbelievable, considering how simple of a thing this is. The spreadsheet uploading does not work. Period. You have to use Microsoft excel (I refuse to pay them for it) and even still it doesn’t allow you to set the proper category for your product. I even have a contact at Amazon and they are constantly mystified and only able to escalate cases to who knows who only fixes it about 1/3 of the time and the rest of the time just gives no response.

The app has a lot of functionalities to it, but I still really only used it to check daily sales and the accruement of my payments, which were both on the home page before they changed it. Now I have click around to find the payments area and even though the daily sales are on the homepage they are harder to see because they are way lower on the page (and smaller font I believe). Wish they hadn’t changed those things.

The app go beyond just statistics, it gives you facilities to manage inventory and orders. Is all I need when out the workstation.
