Despues de poner la contraseña del internet le quiero dar en “siguiente” y no se puede, al parecer no hay soporte para esta aplicacion

No es tan intuitiva la instalación y no se puede sincronizar por wifi con la cámara. Una vez que logras echarlo a andar, es buen producto.

I have setup the camera (amcrest shield) multiple times and the playback has never worked

I regret spending a lot if money on 4 cameras and a Nvr, the worst experience with IP cameras, app always times out, difficult to set up, does not even works with most web browsers

Been trying for days and havent been able to set up 1 of 4 cameras. Dont understand why.

The app does not use the 100% of the screen on iPhone X, you guys need to update faster this kind of issues. I have more than 30 cameras and at least Amcrest should update the app. This happened on Samsung 9 also.

The date and time of the cameras are not updated, the time is always incorrect. push notifications, not always works. Cant replay anything even using an sd card on supported cameras. does not support other languages. the video is only shown in 1080, although the cameras are 3mpx.

Tengo que reiniciar manualmente la cámara para poder sincronizarlo con la app

This is an excellent, efficient and high quality camera. I have it installed in my living room and use it without issues for both, video and photos. The night view is also awesome. Thanks Amcrest for making good products.
