Ameelio Mail: Photos to Prison

It’s a good way to keep in contact with your loved ones and friends, I’ve been locked up before and these made my day ! Thank you sooo much !

Do not trust the app. I sent a letter out and he literally just called me that he only received a clear peace of paper with nothing on it!!! That bothered me so much and I sent our 2 letters lucky I did not send more!!!!! I contacts customer service and of course no response !!!! I don’t know what else to do than to leave bad review all they do is scam you for money .!!!!! And who can I contact no one to help me out .. 10 dollars is 10 dollars specially with this economy!!!! I need my money back or for them to send my letters like bro WTH!!! I should had stayed with jpay is way better when sending letters and pictures !!!!

The picture quality has always been excellent. The text messaging portion has recently been improved and works beautifully. Great Job!

I tried to send my boyfriend multiple letters and he never received it because this app didn't send it to the jails/tdcj P.O. Box I paid for letters for nothing

Omgsh! LOVE THIS APP!!!🩷 This app is so much better than JPay! I spent two hours trying to write a letter to two people and got every excuse in the books about how the app is working fine or how it’s the institutions problem not JPAY’s… I have 25 stamps and I’d love to transfer them to somebody who knows how to use JPay because otherwise I’m canceling my service and they’re going to end up with the credits! JPAY used to be pretty cool, no more!👎 I really love this Ameelio app! So easy to send a letter add pictures… Whatever you want!👍👍

This “non profit” does profit when they say you can use them, you sign up and put money on it to only find out you can’t use it. TDCJ changed how the letters are don’t and this non profit doesn’t let you know, doesn’t send your letters to the correct place and letters get rejected. To top it off, they will not refund you the money you have for remaining tokens. They give excuses and the run around. If you want your letters to get to your loved one then use Secures. I’ve learned my lesson!! Hope these people enjoy the money they took from me!!!

When my boyfriend got locked up and got since seven years, I was looking for ways to communicate with him. I came across the Ameelio and this app is wow amazing and on time!! it’s very very convenient helpful and I recommend it to anybody who has loved ones behind bars to use this app it’s great !!

Ameelio is a really wonderful way to keep your loved one inside connected to what’s going on outside. It’s super easy to use. I upload photos right from my phone and the postcards are received in about a week. Receiving mail is a really big deal when incarcerated and this app provides a great service thats user friendly.

Tried to write a post card and it kept erasing the letters over & over, not allowing me to complete many words. The shopping area to use my tokens is missing. Tokens don’t buy but a few pages of whatever. But a little something for the inmate. Prison’s are now copying the color picture in black & white which is ridiculous. Need a remedy for these problems.
