I have booked Amenify services and their Service Pros are professional and thorough. I also like how responsive and timely their customer service is.

So far so good. Very user friendly. We ordered food and it’s similar to the bigger companies that provide this service.

As the title says, this company charges really high service fees. I can’t imagine who would use this.

Ignore the “you can cancel anytime” language when booking cleaning subscriptions. They don’t tell you they automatically schedule multiple cleanings and you’re charged a cancellation fee (that’s hidden in their FAQs and not AT ALL clear during checkout). Unhelpful customer service. Will be using another cleaning service in the future.

Excellent service everytime

I’ve been using Amenify for a few months. Some orders were mainly used for the grocery app. While some orders were wrong, I can say that the good outweighed the bad. They’re super considerate with your time and money. When I went to them for the times that my order was wrong, they refunded me as well as reached out to me personally to see how things could get rectified. Barry, The concierge support specialist works with you to make sure that you’re satisfied in the end. As well as when you’re super busy and would forget about the order, they give you a 3 minute reminder that I absolutely. I really enjoy using Amenify and can’t wait to see what the other amenities have for me and my home. -Josiah Nykole

15 dollar service fees, orders that take an hour longer than promised, bot responses for customer service. Will not be using this app any longer as it scams the user. It should be removed from the App Store. Also reported for fraud.
