On hold notification off
Hi, I really like your feature of holding a booking without charge, especially since I didn’t have the option to pay with my standard cards (foreigner) but I falsely assumed I would receive an email stating the details of the hold, so I didn’t document the ID of the hold booking and consequently had to wait the 24h before being about to book the same seats. Can you add an email follow up to the “hold” option? Otherwise, good experience :)
