Had such a terrible experience. They scam you into an agreement and steal your money. It’s terrible. They are probably the worst company I’ve ever personally dealt with in my 10 years of doing business as a pressure washing/window cleaning company

Incorrectly built my ad account. Assured me that Angie’s ads and Angie’s leads were different platforms and would result in additional lead traffic, however as soon as the leads started coming in they immediately were shown to the exact duplicate leads coming in on both platform accounts at the same time. I was given some useless after the fact information that the account wasn’t set up right and that if I wanted to cancel I would owe 35 percent of the contracts, even though the company reps are the one that set up my account to receive duplicate leads from two different platforms. I deactivated my card so that I could square away my cancellation before they charged me again, but then they charge my bank some arbitrary number within minutes of me activating my card to purchase a coffee, and refuse to apply that amount to the cancellation $1000 plus cancelation fee, even though I told them in writing to cancel my account multiple times. Their excuse was that they called me while I was on a roof top doing an inspection so i told them I had to call them back and since I didn’t call them over the weekend they charged me today, Monday morning as a regular account payment and not a cancellation. If there’s ever a lawsuit moving forward, add me to the claimant list.

Angi the last time I needed your service, you sent me a man that didn’t know anything about the project, and he did more damage than he did to fix the problem, I now have to repair the damage he did , and I’m over 2 hundred dollars 😞

I posted for this service for months and I went through the processes of getting reviews from past customers putting photos of my work on the website and so on. I received little to no business from them and all it really did was cost me roughly 2-3 thousand. If you’re a business especially a smaller business I wouldn’t suggest this service. Theirs other reasons as well. The app has bugs that need to be ironed out and if you call for questions you will most likely be on hold unless you give a call back number, and if you give a call back number you will get called back but in 2-3 days. And as a business who’s paying this business for advertising and what not I feel like a slightly better response time would be more preferred.

In one week I received only 5 customers, 3 spam and 2 never responded by message or phone

For paying $2,400 you would think that they would be more kind. I have been trying to cancel my contract for almost a month now and nothing seems to be working. You can’t cancel it by yourself you need to meet with an agent and every time I talked to her some problem would come up. Waste of money, waste of time, and they don’t care, as soon as you give them money and sign a year contract (which is the least amount of time you can do) they don’t care and they go out of there way to make it as difficult as possible to part ways. I almost never leave reviews, I hope if you are on the fence about using this service this helps you out.
