After using this app for 4 years now, I came to the conclusion that is a SCAM app. As a regular customer, I never got the products on time. More than that, the products are never updated in the app and whenever I place an order, I get the “Missing Products” message. Sometimes I have to redo the whole order. This is time consuming. Not to mention that the estimated time of arrival is never accurate. The order always arrives 5 hours later. Today I placed an order. It was showing in the app that I will receive it in 30 minutes, and that the order is “out for delivery”. I called the shop, to find out that the order wasn’t even dispatched. It is a scam app. They always charge you extremely high “service and delivery fee”, but the service and the delivery never happens. Also, you have no option for refund, although it’s their fault for not even sending the driver for collection for few hours, but the order is “out for delivery.” I will never use it again. And I do not recommend it.

I appreciate the service this company does. It helps us stay safe during this difficult time. I receive the products I want or I get asked to replace when they are not available and the delivery times are more than acceptable. Regarding the other reviews I’ve seen here, I believe we need to be more understanding of the context. Keep up the good work InstaShop!

Since the situation started and we were not able to go out the service became very bad. The delivery was late for 1 or 2 hours without any update, the shops would bring other products than what I ordered, even when I would schedule a deliver for the next day they would be 2 hours late with wrong products. Unless I need to order water I don’t really trust the shops anymore so I don’t order as I used to, I prefer to go to the supermarket myself

Noh clue on customer service ? Awful service and team ..I do not recommend you to use it.. 5aed fees for each order …prices not right .. better to order from lulu or carrefour express available..

By chance I have discovered that prices in the app are higher than in the same shops. This is not acceptable

I encountered an issue where my order went through until the payment stage (tabby payment), but then it’s not showing that I’ve placed an order. While there is an option to report without an order number, no one has reached out to me with that option. To get a response, I had to refer to my previous order from another store, and it’s been more than 24 hours without any updates. Everyone i talked to told me that they’ll call me back but no one called me back for updates, it’s me who keep calling them to get an answer. I had placed my trust in your assurance, and the lack of communication and technical support has made this situation frustrating and unsatisfactory. This needs to be addressed.

No option to contact!!! Took my money and said that item is out of stock. Now can’t even contact them. Useless app!!!

Order late. I want to understand these people’s concept of time. If it says “10 minutes” - it means 10 minutes. Not 15, not 20… TEN MINUTES!!!!! I truly regret ordering and wish I read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this app.
