I was very hopeful when I first signed up with Answer Connect thinking as thorough as the onboarding process was that this was going to be a great addition to our company. But I did not get anything close to what we paid for. If you can imagine the Simpson quickly mart guy and his family answering your phone, each call taking 3-9 minutes because the language barrier was so difficult to get passed, and screwing up all the callers information every single time. That was the service I received from Answer Connect. I repeatedly called customer service asking again and again and again to speak with a manager desperately trying to resolve the nightmares their agents keep creating for me, since having a dedicated account manager wasn’t an option for me I had to settle for whoever wanted to talk to me that day. I lost allot of business because of irritated customers that could not get passed our answering service. This company took my money and hurt my business.
I have been using this service for almost a year now and have no complaints. Customer service is very helpful and the operators who answer my calls have been great at following telephone scripts and getting the pertinent information to me. I highly recommend this service.

The use of the great answering and messaging along with Setmore scheduling has allowed me as a small business to thrive and compete with the larger competition by being viewed as a more professional service provider with 24/7 access.
AnswerConnect has blown me away with their services. I’m a business professional that expects a high level of customer service for the agency I manage as that’s what I expect from myself and my team when we are taking care of our own customers. It’s hard to impress me but they have made my life easier and their iPhone app, web platform, and desktop app is outstanding.

We hired you because you are supposed to know and understand the HomeVestors business. If we only needed to get a message to call people back, we would not have provided a script.
The 5 star reviews are mostly false. Check the BBB. The short time I used this service I received the first and only 1-2 star reviews in over a decade. The price went from 300 to over 900 on several different occasions per billing cycle. I noticed the call log had many unfamiliar numbers and area codes. Once I fired them I received so many telemarketing calls I had to put number on “do not call” registry. I feel they had shared my number in order to generate the calls that led to the triple charges. I reported them and I have not received a response to civil lawsuit.
Customer service is great and responsive. Love the mobile phone number capabilities!
