Really sucks that 95% of the app has to be unlocked through a yearly subscription, but the free tools offer some help and so far so good. I’m leaning towards paying for the subscription, but we’ll see!
Really help me during tough times
Wow this app helped me more than several sessions with a therapist. It goes into depth about where anxiety comes from ex. Childhood trauma, stress, bad food habits, etc. They do practices from the sessions you just learned from. You can listen along or read, it’s great! Definitely worth paying for! I feel a lot better and they take the time to make steps for you and how to achieve your goal in overcoming anxiety. Definitely check this app out it may make a difference in your life.
Found many of the tools useful. Some repetition so can get boring and bless more unlocked. Not sure how that works.
This app has been helpful in keeping me on track with being accountable for mindfulness and anxiety. I like that it has sections to acknowledge gratitude, anxiety and triggers, and other habits that we work on. What I would like to see different is the option to decide when we record these things. For example outside of this app I tried to record 3 to 5 things every morning before I got out of bed that I was grateful for in my life. I would also do it again at bedtime. As well many people experience anxiety throughout the night or first thing upon waking up so it would be nice to have a way to record how that anxiety was feeling in the morning, if any. And then again at night. Other than that this app is quite effective in helping me. I enjoy the teachings as well.

First couple days into the program I am happy with its progression. The lessons are good, relatable and, effective for those struggling with chronic anxiety. This app does not replace the need mental health services. But the science is sound and a good entry point for beginers or those well into the winding journey that managing your anxiety/ depression. Negatives: - the app is constructed around a conventional work day (9-5) and limited options to tweak it for an unconventional schedule (like entertainers,night shift workers, or a writer who's best writes, between the hours of 22:00-02:00) - navigation through the app is a little bit confusing at first - 3 day trail is insufficient to see if the program is right for you.
