Great for calming down and figeting
I love it very fun way to calm down and unwind like if you’re having a panic attack I recommend
This app is acc the best thing ever
Most of the features/images are almost directly taken from Tappy which was created a year before, however stress ball has some unique things and some things I like better, like the breathing being on the first screen and self-led. It’s disappointing that they took so many things from another app however I do enjoy it and I’m keeping it around
fun, relaxing, asmr haptic fidgets, guided breathing and mood tracker built in is great! I would reccomend with for anyone who wants an asmr fidget and breathing exercise app, wether u have ADHD or not :)
EVERYTHING IS PERFECT 😭😭😭
Wonderful app with tons of things to do to help you get into a better headspace, stop panicking, calm down, or just distract you when you don’t want to go onto social media or something. I only downloaded it yesterday and I’m already in love with it. The price isn’t bad either.
Worth It, Seriously Worth It.
This app was lowkey a game changer for my chronic anxiety, and I’ve been using it for about 6 months. The first time I used this app, it prevented me from having an anxiety attack due to spiralling thoughts because it helped control my breathing. Now, breathing exercises have NEVER worked for me, mostly because I can’t focus on them, the anxiety is always louder. But the “Breathe” tab on this app requires interaction to function, gives a haptic vibration and visual response, and helps calm you down and regulate your breathing all at once. It’s amazing. It keeps track for you to reach a goal of ten- a reasonably quick timeframe, but enough to slow my heart rate. Then, there is a tab with various fidget toys, another which has audio/haptic combinations you can choose to play, and one to watch chill videos. There’s music you can play in the whole app (and change the settings to play music with your phone off!) and they have like meditation music, piano, rain, etc. also a reflect tab which has a journal, a “daily smile” photo thing, and a quote of your choosing. That’s all in the FREE version. The subscription is only like $15 a year anyways, and it unlocks a bunch of stuff, so I think it’s worthwhile. Best free app I’ve ever come across, I can’t believe it doesn’t have more users
