Not worth it
You get 4 chapters for free, pay $9.99 for about 4 more. It’s cheaper to buy a book on Amazon or pay for audible.

I was somehow able to make an in app purchase without having to double click or confirm. I suddenly had a bunch of coins and bonus on my visitor account. I went to check my credit transactions and to my surprise there was a charge from Apple. When I reached out about the issue I was told it was a “legitimate” purchase. This type of app is a scam in more ways than one.
I payed for the subscription and then cancelled it a month before the next renewal and yet they still took the money out of my account. So once you subscribe it’s hard to cancel. The only way I could cancel it was going thru my payment and canceling it that way. So not worth the subscription.
I was charged the monthly fee but never received any credits. I sent in a request to get this handled and they sent me 500 credits while they figured it out. They then told me I had received everything and I couldn’t get a refund for the over charged amount. We went back and forth and they kept saying I wouldn’t get any money back. So they charged me, I didn’t receive the credits, they only gave me 500 ( I was supposed to get like 3200), then did nothing to fix the issue.
It started off great but with each chapter being more and more expensive as time goes by, it becomes too much. Seriously, before you know it, you’re being asked to spend almost a hundred coins to read a tiny short chapter
The stories are interesting aside from the many grammatical errors (which is to be expected from sites like this) however, no matter how many times I log in each day or watch adds to build up coins it will remove coins as if I never had them. I’m sure this is in order to limit the amount you can get from their app so you have to pay a ridiculous amount for reading. Most books you can get for $10 the entire book, but with this app a book is more likely to cost $50+.
This app has advertisements saying ‘download now and get 162 chapters for free!’ Yea that’s a LIE. They give you maybe 8 free chapters then the rest are locked. You have to buy coins to unlock them. So I am deleting this app and never looking at it again. I’ll also be blocking it on my social media platforms. I’ll never pay for coins it’s so dumb. Buying a book would be so so much cheaper. Just another SCAM app. Waste of time and money.
The read on social media is great. But as soon as you get the first need of spending bonus coins, it’s one chapter per day that you’re willing to watch an insane amount of ads. The cost per chapter keeps going up and down, and can range anywhere between 40-86 coins per chapter; and the ad bonus only provides 6 coins per day, along with a daily coin bonus you get for logging in everyday. If you don’t watch ads, the coins you saved up to read the stories expire after a few days. The math doesn’t add up. And I’m probably going to delete this app soon for lack of transparency from the beginning. It’s hard to find a good reading app. I’m not okay with spending money on apps where the unlock requirements per chapter are dynamic.
I paid $29 to finish reading a book and not even halfway through the app was hitting me up for more money. I don’t know about your world, but in mine, $29 can get you a fairly hefty book that’s nicely edited and has great writing this has none of that. Let this review help you keep from wasting your money.
You can find some decent books here. But the price for one book is completely insane. One hundred twenty dollars for a book is plain stupid. I only did it once and will never do it again. I will stick with Galatea and Amazon.
