AF App - Legacy

When creating a new account, after I enter the code from my email, it says it cannot find my account. This is during the creation of a new account so it won’t naturally find my account. Please fix, thank you!

App never worked. Signed in using my keyfob number but it does not accept any of my credentials e.g., last name/date of birth. AF got tons of members and I really hope that they look into this issue. I mean it’s 2024 and a non-functional app just doesn’t make any sense.

I was suddenly logged out from the app. When I tried to login, it says my account has been locked. Now, I couldn’t even use my 11 remaining PT credits since I no longer have access to the account. I contacted their tech support about this but they are not helpful at all. Apart from automated responses, their support specialist are so incompetent that their idea of resolution is far from the issue at hand.

Tried all possible ways; keyfob, email, mobile — none of these methods work.

I tried entering mobile number, email, or keyfob but still unable to proceed with registration.

I do not have problems with the gym but this app is buggy! I can’t select book appointments w/o letting my coach know. There are times that he can see the open slots on his end, but I cannot see it! I have to notify my trainer every time I plan to book so there are slots. It would be best if there is a calendar integration, booked appointments should automatically be added to our calendars. I do not see the interesting features in this app as it is advertised in the website!

Trainer encourages members to book their appointments using the app, but app would not let the member book an appointment more than 24h ahead of schedule. We’re basically just logging appointments we have to make with the trainer verbally 2days or a week before. Pls work on enhancements. Thanks.

Saw that you can use the app instead of keyfob. Tried downloading. Never worked. Also had the hardest time verifying
