Useless application

Pretty terrible app. Contains no data and not obvious how to use.

Couldn’t even log in using my key fob code, even though it says it recognises it. Terrible

The gyms are great but the app does not work. I’ve had to redownload the app twice just to book a class, which I think is outrageous. It has so many bugs, constantly freezes, the home/ landing page of the app has no purpose. I’m surprised how such a modern gym chain has such a bad app! I’ve now permanently deleted the app and now do everything via the website.

Not friendly at all, super slow. The gym is amazing … they should invest in a good matching app

The app needs to be fully updated. It will be great if it showed - How many people in the gym - Able to cancel gym classes no matter how last minute Other apps like the gym group and pure gym has great apps

Slow, never works properly and outdated I’m sure this company have enough money to develop a much better app

I haven’t been able to log back in - it keep saying that there’s an error. I tried to contact support and it’s not letting me send my message on there either. The app itself was pretty bad as well. I only really used it to book classes and now I can’t even do that.

This is the worst gym I've ever been to

I used to be with fitness first and recently changed gyms to Anytime Fitness. The AF app is awful, I thought i had downloaded the wrong app accidentally it’s that bad. Booking a class is a mission in itself. I really miss the FF app - it was so quick and easy to book & change classes. It also had useful features like being able to scan a barcode on the app to access the gym. Anytime Fitness should take note !!!
