Apnea Trainer

Thanks for creating this app. I’ve had it for a few years and use it regularly. There are a few features that would make it even better for me: (1) I usually use this in a dark room and I find the white text on a bright gray screen very difficult to read. I would love a night mode with black background. (2) I listen to the audio rather than watch the screen so I need an alert when Ive reached my time goal. The app has a stopwatch but not a timer. I currently switch over to the phone clock and set a timer when I start my exercises but it would be better to have the timer in the app. (3) similar to above, rather than a timer I would like to set to alert me after the number of cycles that I set Thanks!

The app tells you to breath in and out, it doesn't have a training schedule or increase the times automatically.

Good training app, easy to use with simple layout, worth the money.

I really love this app and use it routinely to help relax and improve my breathing. Hoping the developers can improve the voice counting as it’s a bit buggy and would be a much better experience after this minor adjustment

This app has helped me with relaxation and also reducing my snoring and sleep apnea through better utilization of O2 and CO2.

I’m a yogi and been doing pranayama for some days. And now, exploring free diving. I’ve been checking out these breath apps for a bit. Everyone annoyed me and I just went back to the “real thing.” This app, actually, is the real thing. It’s better than a guided meditation. It’s a super incremental challenge. It’s giving me the opportunty spread the message by saying, “yo man, do my app with me.” They like, “what?” And I bust it out. I’m excited enough I wrote a review. I have never done that for anyone before.

Feels good to breath in new ways. Looking to get into free diving and starting to bractice holding my breath
