Junk don’t get it

Not sure what the app update page is coming in non-English language which I can’t understand Or add a translation for that

We have had to get three different replacements because the vacuum motors keep breaking. These products are so expensive and should last more than a year!

The app does not fully work with the PureOne Station FurFree. It does not track any of the cleaning. My friend has a Tineco and she can track the amount of dust yet I paid over $1000 and the app doesn’t even fully work for this model… Hopefully there is a new update to include this model.

I have contacted numerous Times about my appliance by phone and email and you guys aren’t helping me I can’t find my receipt and it was less than a year old when it stopped working and now I’ve wasted 500 $600 on the appliance that I can’t even use and I barely used it to begin with I am very unhappy and I would like this dealt with until then I do not recommend this product. It is not good. Do not get this product? It lasted less than a year and they’ve been difficult to deal with and to get any sort of resolution.

Notifications won’t go away once you open them

Wow this app is pretty much useless. The connection is impossible with mandarin text in one of the setup screen...

It has been giving trouble from the day one I bought it and now it’s suddenly dead. Spending almost $500 is just putting down in drain, don’t buy. The app they’ve made is so complicated. Doesn’t cleans properly, suction issues, battery drains super fast.

Only runs 50% of the time. Also does t pick up anything heavier than dog hair and dust. I need to turn off and shake outside for anything heavy to fall out of the drum. Wish I bought a different product.
