App poco intuitiva e rigida
L’app andrebbe migliorata. Molto meno intuitiva di altre compagnie aeree. Ho chiesto di rinviarmi il piano di volo via email e mi e’ arrivato solo x un passeggero e scritto in cinese. Non c’è modo di farsi mandare il boarding pass via enail

Very basic app poor users experience
Why would you have to do 3 security image tests (that usually don’t even work) to do a check in it’s a mystery!!!! Just annoying and poor experience app
