Phone doesn’t ring when someone rings the doorbell. Only a popup notification appears. But as advertised the phone should ring which is not happening

Cams are on, wifi is the same with nothing being changed and the cams are not accessible through the app! Absolute waste of money, time to buy something that actually works!

Works great much better than my previous camera. Human tracking, events, messages with pictures and times. Can’t complain, day 3

East set up, we have multiple cameras on the wifi and can access live video and sound through the app anytime👍👍
