Card play back 's date and time are messed up! half day of today's video shows no file to playback, and they are moved to yesterday!

I would give a -1 star if I could, every time you want to go check the camera you have no choice but to watch their adds that you can’t read or understand, I didn’t buy this camera to watch adds, I bought it to check our surroundings. Also 3/4 of the time, the camera won’t hook on and it’s always offline, take forever for the camera to come after all those adds so I can see our surroundings … my wifi signal is very strong and I also have 2 Eufy camera that never gives me any problems with no adds and always online… I regret buying this Joolink camera :(

I hear the voice tried hotspot/Bluetooth NOTHING! I have the camera, I have the App, BUT NO CAMERA VIEW ON APP! 😡😡😡

Impossible to get message on phone, very disappointed with the camera, quality of the image is good but that’s it, very hard to see past images! Not sure I would recommend this camera.

Application mauvaise et pas compatible avec d’autre application. Des publicité en chinois défile lors de la connexion et on est toujours déconnecté. Je ne recommande pas cette caméra
