Please avoid this airline as much as you can. I got trouble when I first try to use this airline. The airline cancel the flight immediately after one day I booked. After readjusting the alternative flight from this same airline flight with extra two transits, this airline once again cancle one of the outbound flight again. I got wasted a lot of time and energy and money. I booked this airline with “mytrip”company website, that “mytrip” also do not take the responsibility to readjust the flight and I have to send so many mails to readjust my flight. I am so scared to use this China Eastern Airline and “mytrip” booking website for the rest of my life. These companies are low reliability, lack of responsibility and lack of empathy for the customer’s loss of time,money and mental energy. Since I thought that these companies can change the company name and will run their business, I will try to avoid the airline from China which are similar to this Eastern China Airline and will also avoid these similar flight ticket booking websites from India which is similar to this “mytrip”booking website company.

售票渠道已经帮我发了更改姓名拼音了请求了，一直未给解决

需要注册会员，网页版显示需要通过app注册，下载了这个app后注册时永远显示系统繁忙无法完结。联系人工客服等3个小时也没人来。别的路径先登陆之后再升级会员又显示海外的手机号是无效号码。如果不支持的话为什么还有别的国家编码的选择项？无解的app

注册登记的流程上，有输入姓名的地方。怎么打个字也下一步的地方一直暗，不能进行下一个地方。而且自动删除名字的情况也出现好多好多。虽然我明天和这月下旬坐你们飞机，这样的话这个APP没有意义。太遗憾。

住在中国的外国人注册不了

会員登録する為には電話番号の登録が必要だが、SMSが届かないので登録出来ない。シートの予約が出来ない。
