Unable to look up booking our choose seats. Luckily stumbled upon the settings page to show English but still very little can be done.

Very slow response of the App and missed important notifications from the manual customer services support. Can only dial the number instead of using the App to reach CS.

After installing immediately jumps into Chinese page with no option to select language - and it seems to be asking some kind of permission. Note this is on a iPhone set to English.

this app seems obly built for mainland chinese, super user-unfriendly for forigners! never success to register in their app or website just for using their app to check-in their flight. it’s just useless.

弱智系统弱智设计，为了手机个人信息无所不用其极，好好的网页不让用，非要强迫安装app。碰上了如下的弱智设计，让人无语：国内机票积里程需要实名关联身份证 -> 添加证件需要装app并验证账户身份 -> 验证账户身份要收短信验证码 -> 境外手机点击多次却无论怎么都收不到验证码 -> 行，那就先把关联手机改成国内手机号吧 -> 到了这一步却发现，修改关联手机号需要先补全缺失身份证信息。就这么陷入了死循环，实在是服了东航了。
