如果目標太大，分解之
Step2. 專注25分鐘
+ 只能專注一件事
+ 避免干擾，要想辦法捍衛番茄鐘（ex. 有人來找，跟他說我等一下再去找你）
+ 最好可以看到倒數計時的時間

+ 不適合費心神的活動
+ 做點有益身心的小活動
+ 暫時中斷工作，能從不同觀點看事情，避免見樹不見林
Step4. 重複4次，做15~30分鐘的長休息
重複4次上方2步驟，做一次15~30分鐘的長休息。

+ 杜絕分心，更容易專注：倒數計時帶來良性壓力
+ 減少干擾打斷：推遲其他事項，極大部分事情都可推遲25分鐘再做

It is almost 10 out of 10
This app is almost perfect, I think it’s a great idea to have iCloud Sync on Tomato king (Pro) ,so that the I can sync timeline and stats over other devices.
Please allow ppl sort the timeline desc or asc
at the moment, the timeline sorting order is fixed. I hope there are a feature to allow ppl sort it ascending or descending. Also, looking forward to have tag feature on the notes.
