I can’t find where is english ver. Only chinese. I tried to check in online but web alway switched to app. I spend 30’ tried to find where is check in.

Can’t check in online and on the app itself
Good and convenient service
There are many function on this app. I can easily track my flight for delay, boarding gates and make an online checkin. In general I am satisfied with this app.
Fake reviews
The reviews look fake. This app itself is not that helpful.
难用
开票信息填写很难输入，没有光标点来点去不知道在哪里。也不能扫二维码或者扫描信息输入。在线服务就是机器人，好不容易转人工也是慢的比蜗牛还慢。
机票太贵了
南航机票太贵了，服务降级，确实不太行了
一星都不想给
遇到问题问客服，都转人工了还跟人机一样，又慢又解决不了问题，不好用，整个进去很卡顿，页面也不方便，差评差评，人生第一个app差评送给南方航空
非常死板
原手机号注销用不了了根本没办法通过软件修改手机号，也没办法买票，软件一直要原来手机号的验证码，客服也不能帮忙解决，真的太死板了，非常无语
垃圾南航
这好评咋来的，最垃圾的航空公司
