App in mandarin, so it’s very difficult for international users to use. Also, to make changes or payment, they require you to enter China’s mobile number, doesnt make sense when you are a foreign traveller. Poorly thought out app.

建议南航手机APP系统需要填入乘客手机号那一栏可以填写乘客的外国手机号码 不要只是只能填写中国手机号 因为有乘客在国外用南航飞中国会想要留国外手机号以便及时收到航班状况 谢谢

服务非常非常非常糟糕，这种糟糕一方面是系统性的，南航的服务设计不好，网络服务和app不好用，一方面是工作人员态度差，非常机械地也没好气

They only allow Chinese names and with China IDs to register. Probably not expecting foreigners to use the app. WTF ! Have the nerve to call themselves an international airline

I really don understand why register using 中文姓 and 中文名？All our travel document like passport do not show in 中文．this is a hopeless App I have never come across . At least China Eastern App is so much better , I have use both their cn App and Global App with no issue . In fact I have used their local CN app to issue my ticket without problem, only they except Union credit card payment only. What’s the problem when the review talking about the app Developers..I Guess they are only catering for own local cn market which I felt sorry for CZ , hello ! CZ director, please look at this problem !!! 笑死人，你们的国际航线只需要囯内顾客吗？How ? Such a silly mistake by only consider CN market but close up the other gate !!! 又可笑又羞的事! International 国际化了！中国才更强大……
