App 不是显示系统出错就是取消了当天不能再预定，你在我取消前告诉我也行啊。网页上买，动不动就在预定首页卡住自己不停刷新，保险只能上第一趟航班，没有其他选择，过程极其浪费时间，基本自己瞎猜着怎么买，客服打不通，服务做成这样让人怀疑飞行安全有没有保障吗

Poor service with crazy price and unpleasant transparency.

This app basically just opens like a web browser and you can’t get anything done. Also, impossible to find your ticket and booking. It doesn’t do anything at all! What’s the point of it?

Pretends to be an international airline but it doesn’t accept foreign credit cards. Fail

Worst apps ever!

- The app shows only the orders within two months by default. So if you bought a ticket more than 2 months ago, be prepared for finding your ticket info in an extremely hard way. - Important tip: The app asks if you want to go to their website when it starts. Do NOT go to the website coz' it doesn't work and it's confusing whether am I using the app or am I using the website.

Take that request away so also foreigners can check in. Please only request ticketnumber bookingcode and the name. So EVERYBODY can check in. impossible to check in with this app

Hi, today I tried the app. again but it seems it's not working, change the language is to difficult. Language from Chinese to English. Login isn’t possible as international user!!! Customer unfriendly, please change it asap. I got a email from support and they told me to call them. Sorry but this isn’t the right way to help a lot of other customer with the same issue, when booking you can’t change the Chinese yen to other valid value like US dollar $ or Euro € in the app!!!!!! @CS please change the app. ASAP!!!!!! Remark: Please check other airlines where it works well!!!!! And improve it!!!

Don’t works when you don’t have a Chinese phone number. If you want to change your seat and have to pay, Only miles or we chat pay. Again only for Chinese. Useless outside china.
