HK Immigration Department

The website tells me to download this app. I open this app and all it does is link to the website for appointment bookings! No appointments can be booked at any Center at any time. HK used to be an efficiently run place. Now I can’t even recognise it anymore.

Completely non user friendly interface and unintuitive user experience. They need to redo this app from the ground up again. Terrible experience when trying to retrieve a pre filled application. Would rate this 0 if I could.

All the links were just URLs forwarded to the gov websites & even then the built in browser had problems with opening the pages. This app could have been much better & needs to be personalized. It should notify me when the appointment is due. Currently, it does nothing!

The online services still call the web page. However, the phone cannot support the requirement, like Java & browser version. I may recommend the phone app could support the online service, e.g. passport application.

Very cool and to have wait information there is also a win. Would love to wait time info added for visa renewals in central. :)

申請護照續期，到最後付款果part彈App，之後又無記錄，又話我申請左叫我付款，但係我cap唔切個QR code就彈左App喇點付款呀？
