I like this app, I use it to buy different kind of stuff such as clothes and other supplies since its very affordable! I go to China every summer to visit my family and that’s when I buy things from taobao and it delivers very quickly to my house so its very convenient! I don’t use my phone to buy from taobao, I use one of my family members phone to buy from the app because its much easier as they have their information filled in. But I have the app on my phone to just browse and search for clothes and other items but I recently got my account banned from the app all of the sudden from nowhere? I was just casually scrolling through products and clothes and 2 minutes later I got kicked out and all of the sudden I’m not in my account anymore and it turns out that I got somehow banned or logged out and I can’t get really get in because I don’t have any of these Chinese applications. I have used taobao for a while and my cart had a bunch of things in it and I’m kinda disappointed that its like all gone now. I don’t have a Chinese phone number so I used my phone number from another country to create the account so maybe the reason was that the app found me suspicious. I accidentally went in taobao with my vpn on once or twice but I closed it as soon as I found out I had it on but I still don’t understand why. I am fully Chinese but I live in another country. Otherwise, I think this app is great and has a wide selection of affordable products and clothes! Just be careful so you don’t get your account removed, banned or logged out. UPDATES: I cant get into my account and its a bit difficult as there is no english version but thats my own fault as my mandarin isn’t very good but I decided to just don’t have an account then because I can’t appeal. So I tried using the app being account-less and I couldn’t even use it? I tried searching for clothes or just clicking on a product and the appeal account thing kept popping up on my screen! If I can’t even appeal why does it keep showing up? I can’t click on anything or use the app without it keep begging me to appeal or something.
