Amazing

This game is top quality. My only complaint is that there’s no widescreen option. That would make it perfect. Also, it would be even better if there was a HD version.

Fantastic shmup with much appreciated iPhone X widescreen support. Now, please can we have HD support, too? Oh and CAVE, if you can please re-release Espgaluda II on the App Store, then I’ll be really happy!

It’s Back!!

Great to see this back in thenApp store but like with the first version of the game rotation has been locked meaning the speaker is blocked by my hand. But still a great game.

Thank you Cave for updating the apps !!!!! But 4 stars as the app doesn’t auto rotate like nearly all landscape apps do Also no full screen ? Happy it’s working but it’s so boxed in

As with other Cave games, this title no longer works for users of iOS 11+ Please update them!

Too good to be true.

Got this as a free app on a promotion. Instantly tapped to download as I love Cave games. I tapped before I realised about the IAPs. When will this end? Do you want me sticking 10ps in my iPad like it's 1987?? What a joke. Either sell the software legit or do one. At least I've still got it to play on my 360....

Almost great!

Ok, so there's no denying that this is yet another of Cave's fine Shmups with refreshing side-scroll action as apposed to vertical scroll. Action, graphic-art, music and presentation are all top-notch only requiring an update to HD (not a separate purchase but an update)... However in contradiction the IAP's make this one of Caves weaker titles and is a bridge too far. The game is already highly priced for an App Store game without the IAP's and as a rule I usually only buy Apps without IAP's and already regretting this one and the Black label Game game (owning most of Cave's games). Frankly paying for continues is shamefully wrong and perverse. Also can we have an option for real 'full screen' please - no boarders, no frames, no postage stamp sized impression of action gaming on the screen. It just feels like you playing a game through a square keyhole at times. Others use the 'full screen' like Raiden Lagacy/Fighters (Dot Emu). It's not so hard to do and this is the only negative with Cave Shmups. An option for either with or without the horrendous frame/boarder will give the gamer the choice and thus please everyone; if you like the frame boarder then switch frame boarder 'on'... if the gamer does not like the overly obtrusive frame boarder then switch it 'of' for blissful full-screen-game-action euphoria instead.

Favourite iOS shmup

Easily, by a country mile. Slick and fast with a great learning curve, fantastic graphics and sound. Highly recommended!

The curse of iOS8 strikes again

The number of apps I'm coming back to in order to say 'doesn't work with iOS8' is getting depressing. Sort it out Apple, it's not fair on the great devs that supported you.
