I have been user since 2014, and the app runs good until the last updates, all my data gone and the technical support not response properly to my concerns, very bad

I have used AppBox Pro for years and did not have an issue until this week. My information in the Wallet was there as I needed it until this week. I opened it to look for something and found that all my information from 2023 and before (at least 8 years) had disappeared. Nothing I tried worked to restore it. I contacted Support and was told that it should be restored by following the steps provided. Those steps did NOT work. I was then provided another way. It did NOT work. I now have to sort through much paperwork in order to restore ALL of my information for the past 8 years. I do not know WHY or HOW my information disappeared. I DO NOT trust this App anymore!!!!!

I don’t understand why you have ads for people who purchased the app years ago.

I’ve had this app since my first iPhone (3s) so I’ve had it for quite a while. I even paid extra for the wallet encryption. For some reason the developer has decided to add advertising. I find this completely unacceptable. It wastes my time and is intrusive especially when I need to look something up at work and a stupid ad starts blaring.

I paid for this app years ago. Not free, to get more apps and no ads. Now they added another “yearly” membership because they added back tons of ads. Too many openings for being hacked. Don’t trust this developer. Use another app.

I bought this app years ago and now they are using pop up ads like crazy so I’ll buy it again. DO NOT BUY.

As of recent... the PRO version of the app was worth the $4.99 it use to be to pay for... a one time fee, not monthly. Now, for some reason, and without any notification to their faithful users, the decided to add "advertising" to their "pro" app and in order to remove such ads, you now pay $5.99 annually I would have given this app a 5 star rating a few years back as it store all sorts of Info and was worth the one time price. But like other developers, they have gone away from giving something good to making money for profit. Or force you to see ads. Not worth it.

I’ve paid for this app before for an ad-free experience. Now I have to pay again?? I guess it’s time to find a new one. This one crashes a lot anyway.

Been using this app for years and years updated it asked me to upgrade to subscription. I’m sick and tired of subscriptions. Subscriptions are getting out of control RIP.

This new feature I am not excited about. Already have the ad free experience since I purchased it & now it's turning into a subscription. What a pain! Not happy! Give this a 0 rating.
