Bug with log in

After a few updates, still can’t to log in.

Problem

Dear developers, today I downloaded your new update, but I have an error, because after your update, I can not log in to my artist account, it keeps popping up that I have to update this application, but it is already updated, please fix this problem.

Can't Access My ACCOUNT

Since I did that so-called update, everything has went to SHSP

Can’t select “forgot password?”

I tried to log in and couldn’t remember my password, so I selected “forgot password?” to change it. It either freezes there or says “cannot connect to server.” Help!

It logged me out now i cant log back in

The app logged me out of my artist account and when i try to log back in but it doesnt work

App doesn’t let me login but website does

App has never even worked for me. Unusable.

Log In Trouble

Everytime I try to login to do anything it goes black (as if it was loading) then returns me to the sign in screen again. Impossible to sign in and impossible to make edits to things like my pfp, stats, etc.

Maybe I should start on YouTube

I thought this was an app where you could start your own artist career and upload music files that you have on your device but even though I’m signed into my Apple account, I can’t upload songs I don’t know how this works.

Always logs out

Even with faceID it makes me log in every time. How hard is it for a $3T company to update an app to dark mode. It’s like one person’s job for one week and you can’t do it.

Yes, I am waiting on the approval from the team to enter into my page “TrÂPhone” is their a hacker or something?
