Apple Music for Artists

The app doesn’t let you log in so anything that needs to change can’t be changed.

Only allows sharing of created content by Mail app, which I don’t use. Only utility it has is for stats. Waste of time.

Latest update has made the log in process freeze. Now locked out and can’t enter password to open. It’s ridiculous Apple can’t get their own app to work for artists on their music platform. Must be embarrassing for them.

This app may have had some issues but the new data it provides on Shazams and radio plays is super valuable. Personally i haven’t had any issues with the app, and since the new features were added I am certainly spending much more time using it. I would like to see the app continue to improve and score a good rating.

The App has served it’s purpose in informing of Artist analytics, albeit simplistic. The Spotify analytics are far more useful and informative. I updated the App two days ago and have not been able to gain access as it says that the App needs to be updated, which takes me to the download site, which asks me to open the App, which then says…. You get the picture. The App has been updated but the cycle cannot be broken. Is there a fix on the way?

Open app, says I need to update before I can use it, press the update button. It takes me to the App Store, where it just says open not update ( I assume it updated in the background?) press open, goes back to the app but the update button is still there preventing me opening the app. And so it loops and loops, even if I open from the App Store after closing the app. Please fix this bug. Thanks

I can't use the app anymore. It keeps saying "update", it will bring me to the app store for update, after update, I open the app and it's still saying "update". The circle continues.

Never really had an issue before but just gone to open the app & was prompted with “needs updating” done the update opens the app & boom “needs updating”??? Now being sent round in circles??!!

I can’t get into my Apple for Artist, just keeps saying I need an update so I get directed to the App Store, open the app and the same thing keeps happening, you need an update. Huh

Installed the latest version and when I try to open I get a pop up that says I need to update it and then redirects to the App Store. Deleting and reinstalling does not solve the issue. Total garbage.
