This app used to work fine, but now on my iPhone I repeatedly receive a message that “there was a problem loading articles” and to check my connection. The connection is fine. It’s the app that’s not. I hope this is fixed soon as I otherwise have enjoyed the app up to now.

I wish that it would not drain a lot of battery when I have my iPhone read the articles to me.

The new update didn’t fix crashing. For a site that is supposedly an authority on Apple stuff, this is embarrassing.

I’ve stopped reading the site because I only use this app.

I had paid for the “Pro” version a year ago and was expecting my subscription to auto-renew a couple days ago but it didn’t and my subscription got terminated and I lost all my saved articles. I tried to restore or subscribe again and the app doesn’t seem to work now as it fails to process my new subscription. What’s worse is that their customer support is non-existent. It was a great app otherwise but now I can’t save any articles unless I have a subscription.

There seems to be a where when you click on an article from the widget screen, the app goes to open, and always crashes. Happens both on iPad and iPhone. If you click a second time, the app launches properly! Fix?

For a site praising apple so much, I'm surprised that almost a month is over and still no iPhone X support

The new app is good but still has some baggage from the previous version, imho. First, full-screen (no upper/lower bars) mode is kinda useless because every time you slide to move to another article, if exits full-screen. Secondly, I wish it were a little easier to really jump directly to commends and respond immediately without access a webview of the forums. Also, when I see a badge count and I open the app, I end up having no idea what articles the badge count was related to but I guess there is no trivial solution to that unless the app keeps track of its notifications (apart from Notification Center). Finally, I have yet to test if the main view still goes out of sync with the details view every now and again but that was an issue in the previous version. If I remember correctly, canceling my offline mode subscription might have been related to that but I can't recall exactly.

The app just updated and it's broken!! The app launches and automatically crashes!! Doesn't load at all!
