Apple news is hard to find in this app between all the special prices and deals of the day. Probably their new business model. Apple insider used to be about Apple news. I deleted the app. That is apart from the fact that companies like Amazon offer no value add to the Apple distribution and their (too) low prices kill initiatives to do so. Low prices - no added value is bad for Apple in the long run.

After an update, the widget is gone?!

Guy's that also made a bad Sound Quality podcasts.

Has irritating advertisements at the bottom of the screen. Previous version was better.

Appleinsider is a nice app, with good options for following the apple news. Lately if had issues with pictures and videos not loading on my iPhone 6+. It's a pity that you can't adjust the notifications settings without a subscription. Would have made better if that was a standard.

BUG: as a paying subscriber, the app crashes when going to "Favorites" in the menu. Also I think it's ridiculous that you are directed to the website when viewing comments. You've got to scroll down all the way through the article. I would suspect more of a $9 pee year subscription app.

Haven’t actually tried the app, as you have to accept trial of a new premium subscription to actually enter the app. It’s free, but I don’t want it and I cannot dismiss the trial. So out of principle, I’m not using the app until the next update where the dev’s will hopefully have come to their senses and made the trial optional. I’m sticking to a rating of 3 stars (and not lower), because I've used and liked previous versions of the app.

It bothers me that even though you guys are a Apple news site you fail having an update ready for iPhone 6(+) on launch day, surely being the first to know about upcoming screensizes of Apple's new products.. Fix it! Geez..

Redownloaded, but does not even get up to the splash screen. Pretty bad. :(

After the update, the app crashes under iOs 5.1.1. Please, fix this.
