I have been using an Aquanta for over 5 years now; trouble free. This app is the perfect addition to the Aquanta in that it makes it even easier to manage your hot water usage. I use the app to turn off my hot water heater when I’m away for more than a few days at a time. Over the 5 years I’ve used the Aquanta it has easily paid for itself. I’m building a new house and intend to install this in the new house as well. Customer support is where this company shines. The response time is usually within the hour; and you know that the fine people running this company care about it. Honestly - it’s probably been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with with respect to functionality and customer service. Ryan

I am a longtime user of the Aquanta not water tank controller. I like that I can use it to improve the control over my hot water tank and get energy savings. Also, having an optional leak detector is great as well. I have found that support requests are turned around quickly. The new application that I was involved in beta testing is really good. I like the navigation and how it presents data to users. Top notch....I recommend it.

Good idea but unless item.

Easy to install. App is intuitive. Was having issue with cold water sensor not reading correctly. Opened a ticket using main website. Tech support worked with me via email. After a couple of quick email rounds, tech support did a firmware update. Everything is fine now Works as advised

i have reached out for info on app use. So many questions. i wish they explained it use. no response from manufacturer. i have 2 gas heaters and Aquanta’s in tandem. I wish I could speak with someone and figure out how to install the sensors. I installed both per instructions but one hot water heater says no hot water available. Help!

The video explains everything in easy to understand terms. Very easy to install. Must allow longer than anticipated to sync to WiFi but once it does the app is simple.

I’ve had the Aquanta device a while and been running it a few months on the WH in my workshop. I like it. I run it 30 minutes in the morning and can boost if I need it. The app really needs some simple on/off controls. The away function is ok, but without linking to Smart Hubs (Alexa, Google, Apple, SmartThings, etc.) it’s often overlooked. Also, sell your leak detection device separately!

Not amused. App not a good reflection about what’s happening on the ground. Have had to pay plumber a few times to come over and give me water temps, readings, etc to see what is happening. It did not work when I was out of town. Meh. Feels unreliable.
