very slow delivery, customer had waiting almost 2 or 3 days to get respond from customer care service....and its almost near 2 weeks i waited my parcel , the updated was said my parcel was out of delivery since morning but i still didn't get my parcel until night👎

Didn’t receive otp to check my item for days asking for otp.. Bad apps!

Very fast service & I like that the app is able to automatically track the shipment!

The costumer service is very very bad I gave him my full address 3 times and sent my items to another address

Waited so long for my parcel. Reschedule for no apparent reason with no updates. Driver was useless. Worst delivery service!

Can’t even activate. Needs a verification code, keep putting my mobile number in, never get a code, so can’t use the app. Crap.
