The game itself was fun, engrossing and enjoyable. I didn’t realise, however, that you only get the first few levels and the rest of the game is locked behind a pay wall. $15AU?? You’re out of your damn minds. Not sure why you’d shoot yourselves in the foot like that, when there are so many other games that are completely free.
As others have reported, levels 32 and 34 have programming glitches so the quest cannot be completed as the girl only appears once so it fails. Despite complaints over 6 months, still nothing has been fixed. Very disappointing for a paid game!!!
Only on second area - courtyard - but both the bookshop and courtyard are annoyingly predictable with the same people arriving in the same order and ordering the same things. One of what appears to be two customer cycles. And I have it on ‘hard’ mode.
Per the 2 reviews re missing deliveries: had anyone bothered to put this game through quality control all the now normal stuff-ups would (well, as far as my editor/proofreader brain is concerned) have been picked up and corrected. The persistent insultingly low standard English translations rife throughout games being sold/issued through GH (you thanked yr ‘great’ translators!) AND the missing elements needed to actually play levels correctly, just shows me that there is a policy of quantity and speed over quality and playability (and decent story lines). My constant requests for correct translations and quality control prior to putting games up for sale/play are obviously ignored. That’s just downright rude and dismissive of a legitimate complaint/request. All you need to do is hire someone who knows English as well as they know their own language - including sentence structure and grammar!

In level 32 you only get one book delivered so you can’t complete the level, same with 34 she only comes out once. This needs to be fixed.
There are two levels that did not work for me. Items were supposed to be delivered, yet no one ever came around to do so? Please advise if possible, so I can complete the game with all diamonds. Otherwise it’s a cute game, and I enjoyed myself! Thanks for all the work that went into making it.
I have always loved playing game house games from Emily delicious to Dr cares. But from its new recent games, like heart’s medicine. and this one levels have become boring and if I have to say, even when it’s on normal, it’s hard to beat. Can’t really find this game enjoyable anymore or any of the new games that have come out.
Loved the story line and most of the scenes were quite artistic, but the inconsistency in game play in levels was frustrating. On several levels, 5 stars could easily be reached in Hard mode, then there were levels that 5 stars was impossible in Easy mode! And the countdown timer is laughable on many levels (i.e., near end of level, timer shows only half a bar filled, yet as soon as level ends it fills up to 5 stars instantly.) Because I have a GH subscription, I’m going to check out the sequel and hope that’s more polished.
I love this app and the second I really hope that you make a third cause this is the best app ever and Its so addictive literally I can’t get off it.
