The App Store Subscription feature renews automatically via your iTunes Account. Users can manage the subscription through your iTunes/Apple ID Settings Manager. The subscription will auto-renew for the assigned billing period if the auto-renew feature is not turned off 24 hours before the current subscription expires.

Non stop lagging
The game is non stop lagging unplayable
Problem with ads
After the update the reward for watching ads got broken and now you cannot close ad after it allows you to do so with no possibility to tap on any button. Its been already also too long that the display of interface in the defend the gem mode is not fixed for iphone mini models.
Charged something different than what is shown
I bought chapter 2 pack and another pack because it was on discount but when I bought it i was charged with the full price and they refused to refund me my money ,(I didn’t ask for full refund just the money that was charged extra for no reason )and they still refused
You need to keeping paying them to avoid ads
This is so annoying when I paid to remove ads and then ads start appear to after each season.

Been enjoying the game until I accidentally pressed to watch the add and had to spend 90 seconds watching the ad. Wtf??? You guys can’t make enough money through in game events or monthly seasons?
Chinese Words on Dragon
the words are on Chinese and not English
Always network error
I have contacted you many times through the app support and there is no response from your side and i have sent you on Facebook a live video of how it takes 30-40 minutes just (connecting....) & Network error while my internet speed is around 500KBPS If this issue is not resolved i need a full refund of what i paid and i will delete this app That's nonesense!!
