This game is really fun but it keeps saying that I am not connected to the internet when I am and it is making the game less fun if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it please tell me

Network error not working
I installed and reinstalled, my connection is fine but I cannot upgrade or claim any rewards it keeps saying network error

Ive been purchasing top ups that says i’ll get a specific item at x amount of spend but doesnt get once purchased. What a scam
Disappointed
After years of game play.. and money spent in game I have had to delete.. I absolutely loved this game and throughly enjoyed it. But now for some reason the game will not work whist playing on wifi and will only work with my mobile data. And it’s absolutely rinsed my mobile data at that! I have refreshed game.. I have deleted and reinstalled.. I have gone through all of my settings and done everything I can.. but it’s the only mobile game I own that has this problem.. so now not only have I lost years of progress but also wasted money I have put in to this game. I’d rate no stars for this.. but I can’t. Disappointed isn’t the right words. I have emailed the creators of this game and I’ve had zero correspondence for weeks now.
Great game but one slight problem
Great game good gameplay and constant updates, it’s not hard to get Rich but it also isn’t easy. The problem Is when I load on the game sometimes it doesn’t load.
Waste of time downloading
Nothing but constant supposed ‘network issues’ Never fixes itself
Games got a bug!!!
The game has a bug it won’t let you upgrade or open chests it won’t connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data
Its alright
The game itself is fun aside from the fact that I have to leave my house and turn on phone data to do anything connection related since it somehow doesn't think me being on wifi is an apt form of connection
Bug
There is a new bug where the game just won’t connect to the internet and isn’t saving my progress and I can’t open any chests, claim objectives or even up grade it happens on PunBall too
Unbelievable
I emailed the team about issues regarding a network error and when I did what they asked and it didn’t work they said to do it again which I did. The game used to be fun but whatever you do don’t ask for help from support they are completely useless
