It took me several hours before the OTP can be sent to my phone, When it was eventually delivered, i had a problem clicking on the Terms and Conditions button. Pls fix this as soon as possible or i will just delete it.

I mean I’ve had an arm account forever. But now I can top it up and withdraw at will. However there’s a delay when I fund my account. Please sort that one out. ❤️❤️

I have been unable to access the main page of this app. It has refused to open. It taking almost forever to load. Please fix it. Thank you.

I have been trying to upgrade and upload my utility bill payment and append my signature for over 3 weeks now and it has been terrible completing the process. Please let the app be user friendly. I made a complaint online and the staff of ARM One investment claimed they had fixed the problem, the issues are still there. How do I successfully upgrade my account and move to tier 2 account?

Arm, this is very disappointing. Your app is messed up. You guys are supposed to be professionals. I am trying to create an account but it is like impossible. I took a day just to put my details and the next step which is to create a password, an error popped up. I have tried severely but the error message keeps pupping up. Error as first impression not good.
