Looks amazing

I liked the idea of the app and the free aspect seemed to work well but since upgrading to the paid version this morning it has been unusable. Cons: - Images are imported with super low resolution and look awful on the wall. - Artwork, once imported, cannot be deleted. - I have deleted and re-downloaded the app three times today, twice because it simply doesn’t show the image on the wall in the room and a third time in an effort to clear the aforementioned low resolution uploads due to the inability to delete them in-app. On my final attempt they have again uploaded in low res, triggering this review. - The requirement to input dimensions everytime is really annoying, especially when it is resized on the wall (if it ever shows up). Why not just use the aspect ratio that is uploaded initially and allow for scaling on the wall? Overall it has been a really frustrating experience, for an app that has a lot of potential. I see other users have had similar experiences, and some have not. I will investigate other options if the developers are unable to provide useful solutions.

You have to give both height and width painting measurements when only one should suffice. Also, no indication whether we’re talking inches or centimeters, so you have to experiment to find out. ( Hint: the designers went with the units least used around the world. ) I wanted to subscribe, but I don’t want to deal with this issue over and over again. The frame choices are good.

I love this app. There are so many different amazing rooms to choose from to make my art look great. It’s also really easy to use. Thanks ArtRooms!

The library is continually corrupted, whether it’s lost images or resolution varies with each use of the app.

I purchased because at first it uploaded easily but once I bought the plan for a year, it won’t upload my work in the mock up rooms. I can’t even see the frames. At first it worked great then it started uploading very slow then I couldn’t change pushpins then the frames didn’t show up, now it uploads my artwork but will not show in the mucho up rooms. I’ve tried turning my device off and restoring but nothing works very frustrating. Guess I’ll be asking for a full refund! This all on first day!!
