Sad to see Uber Eats takeover and make a monopoly in ownership of most of the small business delivery companies. ASAP delivery was great and I preferred them over DoorDash. Please come back Waitr/ASAP, you will be highly missed. 😩

Cancelled me for no apparent reason, gave me a generic response when I contacted support. I had great reviews and never any issues. Did me a favor though so I can’t keep getting ripped off by them.

Why was my account deactivated with no explanation. Real classy. 👍🏻 and unprofessional.

There’s no option to sign up. The app and the website is a buggy mess. Hire better app developers and website designers.

Theere are always transfer delays and just stupid problems with the cashout . Sometimes your money come early sometimes it dont waitr likes to play with people money and hold it they say its always a maintenance problem i hate waitr as a waitr driver i only do it because i cant do doordash

Been going back and forth with support but they keep repeating themselves and not looking into the problem. Deleting and reinstalling a broken app isn’t fixing the problem. It hangs when submitting login info or trying to reset password. Please fix the submit button, or the networking error. Maybe a server issue. Either way. App doesn’t work and therefore neither can I right now. Thumbs down

This company replaced delivery dudes in my area. Since the switch I have made almost no money and have had to try other company’s too. On average I get two orders a dinner and it’s horrible. Communication with the Company is horrible too. The app is way worse than any other company. I wish there was a better review to give.

This app isn’t really busy in my area. When they did pay the orders were mainly low unless it was like a holiday then the surge would be higher, one time I got an order for $25. The thing about bite squad is they will deactivate your account, my account has gotten deactivated more than 3 times. It’s okay but it’s not the best I’d stick with doordash.

This app is freezing so bad I had to have support upload 75% of my proof or delivery yesterday! It frustrated me soooo bad please fix will give 5 stars !
