Took them almost a month to contact me. When i sign up they ask weird questions. I spoke to different agents to update my phone number. No response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. DONT EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER

I’ve been delivering with GoPuff for over two years. From what I can see the opportunity to make the decent money is greatly diminished. When I started driving as a partner in 2022, I was is making money… today it’s just not worth it. Plus the app has lots of bugs that interfere with the ability to make decent pay
I get nothing but a white screen on my GoPuff and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still didn’t work smh. I never have these issues with android
This platform went from great to bad the pay is not good I did 4 deliveries for a base pay of $3.75 when before it was $3.50 per delivery and it was so far from each other the deliveries I’m done with go puff
This isn’t a national App doesn’t make you money at all I made 6$ the first time I used this app waste of time nothing like DOORDASH
My experience as a Gopuff Driver the last year and the Los Angeles area, let’s start off with the positives…. There are none.. And now I list the negatives. Let’s start off with randomly getting deactivated or penalized for no fault of your own because they’re algorithm wasn’t adjusted properly, I’ve seen drivers go left and right because they will get deactivated within one week because of no fault of their own, now this problem has finally been fixed, only took them over a year and a half to do it though good job to the devs over there at Gopuff for being quick and timely with your adjustments. The base pay , it is the lowest I have ever seen in any gig app, base pay is $2.50, and sometimes you can get 3 to 4 orders at one time and I’ll still be like $4.50 for something crazy such as 8 miles in the LA area with traffic, not only is the base pay bad, the tips are horrible and one of the reasons being is Gopuff instead of doing percentage tips, has pre-set tips of $3.95, $5.95, or $10.95, but tips mostly range from $1 to $10 with the average tip being $3 which brings the average delivery to $5 dollars per trip, so if you have a goal of $100, keep in mind that you’ll have to do at least 20 trips which is a lot of mileage on your car, now you do get slightly more than this due to the prop 22 in California, but it’s not worth it. Not only that 100% they are taking drivers tips, one is through canceled orders, if a driver is not able to get in contact with a customer and then has to cancel the order, the driver must return that order to the facility, the customer does not get refunded so Gopuff keeps their money, and if there is a tip attached to that order, Gopuff also keeps that and does not refund that to the customer, and just on normal delivery orders, they are still taking your tips. I am gathering proof from multiple customers about this issue. Now let’s move onto the customer service part of it, automatically dead last in the industry, of course, similar to all other based apps they outsource to India in the Philippines, but may Gopuff the worse is the longest time you can’t do anything without contacting that service agent either through the app via text or by calling, so any issues such as canceling a order needed to be done through a customer service rep, and cannot be done within an app which severely slowed down things and made things more difficult, now they finally added an option for you to cancel, but then again only took them 2 years t
I get a lot of connection issues with this app, when I’m trying scan the orders and such , I get logged out then have to go thru the process of logging back in, it’s VERY aggravating …also there needs to be a vacation or away mode so that when you are not able schedule hours for whatever reason , it won’t go against your metrics , please make this happen
