Asiana Airlines

Most of Korean apps are unnecessary complicated to use. This app is one of them.

which is really sad because i actually love this airline! The in person staff have always been wonderful, they just really need to update their software or something because it shouldn’t take almost 7 and hours to book a flight lol

I tried to log in to change one leg of my flights, but when it came to view the new flights options, the app just continued showing the loading icon. I had this same issue on the Asiana website.

This app is far from satisfactory. It desperately needs an update. Loading times are excessively long, and crashes occur frequently. In summary, it's an extremely outdated app that is inconvenient to use.

It took multiple tries to book online and in the app.

My family bought our tickets to travel at the same time in the same transaction. I understand a group of corporate colleagues not being able to be assigned seats together when it’s booked separately. This is a family. A concern air asiana does not share.

UX/UI is exhausting. Hopefully you’ll never have to use it.

Took too long to complete the transaction as everything has to match exactly as the Asiana Club membership.
