Hi I have problem with the game it doesn’t start and takes long hours to loading In, I hope you fix it soon as possible so I can enjoy playing it

loading problem
hi i have played this game 2 years ago and the loading was fine but now i am stuck at the loading screen and it is saying intializing DNA memories and i have been waiting for 3+min and it is still loading,my wifi is completly fine and working i hope you fix this problem
