A week ago I spent Helix credits (500 units) to buy large stone stack. Then I upgraded library to level 3 and launched codex production. After I re-launched the game later, I saw my library was not upgraded (still level 2), production of codexes wasn’t started, however, the stone and credit helix balances were reduced. I left a message to support team with a favor to roll back my stocks or finish upgrading library. The answer may be sent during 48 hours. I haven’t received anything. Yesterday I’ve tried to repeat buying Helix credits and upgrade library. The situation repeated again: after game was re-launched, I saw an old modification of library and reduced balance of helix credits and large stone stack. As I understand, I never upgrade library anymore, so I get disappointed and deleted the game. Sorry, but with such critical bug I demotivated to spend my time for this game.

We need a quality of life update

You should add a quality of life update in order to help people save time. Among other things : - allowing people with a certain character power to rush no-brainer activities like animus bounties. it takes too much time to farm for this amount of reward. - Allowing rushing multiple missions at the same time in Spain mission and events. - better characters repartition between events. It’s currently a pain to farm charecters from « echo of the animus ». - stack all the ads popups for new characters at the same time when someone is connecting on a new day. If I don’t want to buy ingame elements the first time, I won’t want it 2mn later. Make it pop every week instead of every day. - Making the UI run faster. It’s far too slow for a game that old. It’s very frustrating - find a way to farm more gold for elite training room or reduce elite training room prices - find a way to use all that stacked stone/wood/dataset credits

I downloaded this game 4months ago and I have loved it but the reason why I don’t rate this game a 5 is because Bayek is ofc my favourite character but you have to wait ages to get him and only now you can get like 7 fragments of dna and I think at the start of the game maybe you could let players choose one specific character that can be any one, also it takes ages to level up your brotherhood and I am only on level 8 so if you could do that Ubisoft I would be very happy and I would give this 5 stars 100%.

I don’t have assassins creed but this pays off it’s a good action game and it’s perfect in my opinion they don’t have to change anything it’s just good (So far).

the application froze and turned off during the last dialogue when I was playing the event, 21 points were lost. auto mode is useless, chooses the worst possible options

Stuck in the training room when training from level 4 to level 5. Game worked fine when trying to persuade you to spend on various packs (including £99.99) but now I’m stuck in the room and cannot get out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn’t fix it either.

I try loading up the game, whilst connected to WiFi AND Data, and it still pops up with “go online to play” - needs fixing asap
