ASSIST24 is the APP that allows you to manage the entire lifecycle of your technical and maintenance assistance in a centralised and complete way: you and your team of technicians can easily open, manage, assign and close service jobs.
You will be able to easily store data to code the company profile, customers' master data, materials and services, vehicles and business travels. In addition, you will be able to set the priorities, VAT rates (taxes), units of measurement and currencies that you manage.
If you have employees, once you have registered your company, you can create new operators who, by scanning the QR code associated to your company, can be connected to your company profile. In this way, all open, assigned and closed service jobs will be synchronised - keeping the whole team updated in real time.
Once the service operation has been closed, the system will automatically generate a report in .pdf format that will be sent to the technician and to the customer's email address entered in the customer's profile.
Thanks to the data import/export functions, you can upload your master data into the App and export the details of the activities carried out to speed up the billing process.
ASSIST24 has a 20-day free trial period (the trial period is calculated at company level, taking as reference the first installation made by the team). At the end of the trial period, you can purchase "time" through different types of subscriptions: 1 month, 6 months and 12 months.

Proprio quello che stavo cercando da tempo

Ho scaricato l’ennesima app per la gestione dell’assistenza tecnica nella speranza di trovare, oltre alla semplicità d’utilizzo, il minimo delle funzioni necessarie: inserimento e gestione delle chiamate, invio al cliente del rapportino anche valorizzato, consultazione dello storico degli interventi. Dopo alcune ore di configurazione e popolamento degli archivi di base ho iniziato ad usarla. Sono veramente soddisfatto perché va ben oltre le mie aspettative. Ho riscontrato alcune imperfezioni ma sono sicuro verranno sistemate al più presto. Bravi

Una volta entrato a regime con la nuova app e aver sincronizzato tutti gli archivi da una vecchia app scaricata, ho notato che sono riuscito a migliorare la gestione delle manutenzioni della mia azienda. Anche dai parte dei tecnici ho ricevuto dei feedback positivi in merito all’utilizzo dell’app. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha esigenza di migliorare la gestione generale delle manutenzioni.

In pochissimo tempo mi sono registrato ed ho configurato i dati della mia piccola azienda. È possibile anche inserire il proprio logo che finirà automaticamente sul report di intervento. Anche il testo della email di chiusura intervento può essere personalizzato. Il periodo di prova di 2 mesi e la presenza di alcuni dati di test per verificare l’intera gestione degli interventi dimostrano grande onestà da parte degli sviluppatori. Spero che in futuro possano essere integrate altre funzioni come la gestione dei propri impianti…le premesse sono ottime! Piacevolmente stupito, ho già acquistato l’abbonamento di un anno!!!

È da un po’ che cercavo una app che mi desse la possibilità di gestire in mobilità le assistenze fatte dai clienti. Questa è sicuramente la migliore in circolazione, in pochi passi ho iniziato a inserire le mie anagrafiche e ho gestito i miei primi interventi da qui. Continuerò sicuramente ad utilizzarla!!!
