This is very good app but I have lots of lags.
It does not work with unity or other pro software. Notifying them is worth nothing, they didn’t fix it for months and months. Pricey, arrogant, corporate level ignoring the real needs of users that face real defects in their product. Stay away and rely on developers who care for quality. Also, such pricey subscription and extra hardware for something that works just on few programs?
Best app for iPad . No lag And perfect clear view . I try many app and this is perfect.
Przemyślana dobra aplikacja, iPad Pro staje się bardziej pro. Clever good application, iPad Pro becomes more pro.
Delikatne przegięcie z cena subskrypcji, szczególnie dla osoby która kupiła wcześniej podstawową app
Why would you pay so much for a subscription when you could just…save that money for a Wacom or Huion? This app isn’t worth it, man
I’ve had Astropad for a while. Ow and with these later Yvette really refined this app. I much prefer hooking my iPad up to the Mac and drawing with it than working on my large Cintiq that takes up so much space.
Years ago I bought the Kickstarter with the USB dongle for my MacBook Pro. It was a high powered computer but it ran super hot when I used it with Astropad Studio. So I quit using it. Yesterday I saw they had released a Windows version without need for a dongle. Great, I thought, let’s give it a go. Sadly, it was the same issue even on a very powerful Dell laptop. When I draw with the Apple Pencil on my iPad Pro, both the GPU and CPU usage spike, which kicks the fans on to high speed. My computer was running very hot, just like the old MacBook Pro. So I cancelled my trial. Also, the price is ridiculously high. Even the special discount of $63.99 a year is awfully high. I appreciate that they got rid of the dongle, but the continuing subscription cost over time isn’t, to me anyway, justified.
Years ago I paid $30 for Astropad, the most I’ve ever spent on an iPad app, after 2 or three years they forced updates that bricked the app for me, at the same time releasing this app where they change the flat fee to a wildly high monthly subscription… forget that… Never using their products again… These people are greedy crooks
